Courses for Universities & NGOs
Our courses connect human rights theory with real-world impact. From women’s rights and the CRC to the legacy of Nuremberg and navigating societal change, we equip students and professionals to analyze history, challenge assumptions, and take action.
Each program blends global frameworks with critical reflection, giving participants the tools to understand rights—and the confidence to defend them.
Course Offerings
Women’s Rights
From the Suffragettes to CEDAW: the past, present, and future of gender equality.
From the Suffragettes to Roe v. Wade, this course traces the fight for equality and asks: what does true gender equity look like, and can it ever be achieved? We examine CEDAW and other global frameworks, study how matriarchal and patriarchal systems shape society differently, and highlight the voices of women who reshaped history.
The CRC: Human Rights of Children
Who protects children’s rights, and how do they shape education and global development?
What rights do children actually have—and who protects them? Starting with the UDHR, this course maps the evolution of children’s rights through the CRC. Students compare protections across contexts, link them to the SDGs, and explore how children’s rights intersect with every other rights movement. (Very appropriate for those in education and social work study programs)
A History of Human Rights: From Nuremberg to The Hague
From ancient codes to Nuremberg and The Hague: tracing the evolution of universal rights.
From ancient codes to modern campaigns, this course unpacks how human rights evolved—and how fragile they remain. Anchored in Nuremberg’s legacy, it traces the creation of legal protections, asks who gets included and excluded, and challenges students to consider their role in defending rights today.
A New Perspective on Change
Building resilience and clarity in uncertain times through a human rights lens.
Change is inevitable—but how we respond is a choice. This course explores societal shifts through a human rights lens, blending theory with practical self-reflection tools. Students learn how to ground themselves in human rights values to navigate uncertainty with confidence and resilience.
